    Sara is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a 2004 Graduate of Lenoir Community College in Kinston, North Carolina. She is a former Yoga Instructor that combines Deep Tissue Massage with Yoga stretching for optimum relief. Recently, Sara has studied Neck Pain Management & Prevention, Hot Bamboo and Sacred Lomi Hawaiian Temple Bodywork with Tom Cochran in Wilmington, NC. She loves to work with feet and Reflexology that she learned at the Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC. Sara has worked many years with Iron Man Runners, Clients with MS, MG, Fibromyalgia, Stroke, Arthritis and Chronic Fatigue. Currently she is studying Esthetics at the Institute of Health and Healing in Newport News, VA. She loves learning new languages and traveling all over the world with her wonderful husband.

    Alexandra Clark has been a certified massage therapist for 10 years. She specializes in Swedish massage with therapeutic aromatherapy. She works with hot stones and warm towels to obtain relief from stress and tight muscles in a flowing, medium pressure massage that is deeply relaxing. She is also trained in Pregnancy Massage. She is a Licensed Aesthetician and specializes in natural facials using organic products. She also performs Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a procedure which is very helpful pre and post operatively as well as for any injuries involving swelling. She is very involved in energy work and is a Reiki Master and has taken numerous courses in energy modalities. She works closely with Flower Remedies in her Transformative Energy Work which is a form of therapy through the energetic field and addresses the soul’s desire for transformation and growth. She has a Masters degree in Counseling from William and Mary and is delighted to be able to combine her training and interests in a therapy to recognize and balance the whole person on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.     Anne is a 2010 graduate of the Institute of Health and Healing in Newport News, Virgina. She specializes in relaxing, swedish massage with the desire to ease tension and provide a calming experience. She also loves working with aromatherapy and its extensive benefits. Anne looks forward to continuing her education by studying various modalities.


  • Elisa Wilkie

    Elisa Wilkie has been practicing massage therapy for 4 years after graduating in 2004 from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy. In these years Elisa has practiced in diverse settings. She spent two years working with a chiropractor and other health care providers to ensure a full-body, holistic approach to the healing process. Elisa’s specialty is deep tissue massage therapy. She focuses on releasing deep and chronic holding patterns formed in the muscles over time. She also has experience releasing acute, new injuries through the use of ice therapy, muscle stripping and trigger point therapy. She also offers a firm swedish massage and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. This therapy is an adaptation of an ancient form of barefoot massage to bring about a structural change in chronic soft tissue damage. Correct application will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body. Bars are used over the head for support and balance while the therapist uses her feet.
